Can I change plans later?
Upgrade or downgrade at any time as your portfolio grows or contracts. Your data stays exactly where it is — only the unit limit and available features change.
Can I use my own M-Pesa paybill?
Yes. Each owner configures their own Safaricom Daraja paybill in settings, so rent lands directly in your own M-Pesa account — not a shared one.
Is my data isolated from other landlords?
Completely. Every company gets its own private PostgreSQL schema — a per-tenant boundary, not a shared table with a filter. Your records are never mixed with anyone else's.
Can I export my data or leave anytime?
Your data is yours. Export rent rolls, payments and owner statements to CSV and PDF whenever you want — there's no lock-in and no exit fee if you decide to leave.
What happens after the free trial?
